2010 Annual Provider Forum
The annual provider forum for 2010 will be held on Friday 13th August 2010 from 930am-1230pm@The Boulevard Centre, Floreat.
This 3 hour forum will include presentations from Exercise and Sports Science Australia, the Injury Control Council of Western Australia and Living Longer Living Stronger.
Peesentations include the 2009/2010 annual report, changes to the assessments and re-assessments and the new referral pathways avaialble.
